There’s definitely a remake-remix connection in every Sundar C project. And his next project is no different. After 'Murattu Kaalai', the director-cum-actor is now using another of Rajini’s titles for his next flick. This time, it is the immensely successful comedy, 'Guru Sishyan'.

For the movie, he will be accompanied by Sathyaraj, who plays another hero. And Sundar C’s pair for the film has been finalized, and it will be Hemamalini. The actress, who is awaiting her first release, 'Indira Vizha' with Srikanth, has already completed her work for Jeevan’s 'Naan Avan Illai 2' as well. 'Indira Vizha', in which she plays Srikanth’s wife, will release on July 10.

'Guru Sishyan' is being directed by Shakthi Chidambaram, and it has been clarified that the film has nothing to do with the original 'Guru Sishyan'. The crew is hunting for the second heroine and shooting for the flick is expected to begin soon.
